UK Mainland Deliveries
Our free mainland UK deliveries are normally carried out via an external carrier and are untimed, unannounced, kerbside deliveries monday to friday during office hours. Deliveries have to be signed for, no goods will be left without a signature. We are charged for any re-delivery attempt and unfortunately will have to pass this charge on should a re-delivery be needed.
Please check all orders before signing, once goods have been signed for Perfect Parasols cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Any claim for damages or discrepancies ideally must be marked on the delivery sheet to be signed, however you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Special, timed deliveries or guaranteed next day service can be catered for if requested for an additional cost.
The driver may need your assistance with unloading heavy items. Our carriers will often use large lorries, should there be any access issues, please inform us before delivery.
All items ordered will be dispatched when we receive cleared payment in full.
Non-mainland UK and EU Deliveries
The same terms apply as per mainland UK deliveries, however you will be advised of all delivery costs prior to order confirmation.
Guarantees
Each manufacturer has his own guarantee period. Please see our download page for more details, however no guarantee, on any brand name, covers neglect, normal wear and tear or any misuse of any product. They only cover defective workmanship and defective materials. To lengthen the life of your product, please ensure you follow product care and use guidelines.
We strongly recommend that all parasols regardless of manufacturer are kept securely closed at night and during storms or windy conditions. Never force a parasol open, always check struts are ‘untangled’ and free to move.
Colours
Colours on our web site will vary according to your computer screen resolution and the screen type you use. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colours of the products shown on our site exactly reproduce the colours of the product you receive, material swatches are usually available and we can post these to you upon request.
Cancelling an order or returning items
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to stop your delivery. However, if a delivery has already been made, please contact us up to 7 days after delivery if you are not happy for any reason. We can arrange an exchange or refund. For non-UK deliveries, provided that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the goods to us in undamaged, resalable condition we will give you a full product refund or exchange as per your wishes.
Any goods returned which are not faulty will carry a 15% handling charge. When returning an item, please keep the original packaging to use for the return delivery. Please do not return goods without notifying us first. Before any refund is given we will inspect the returned goods to ensure that it is in new condition, unused and uninstalled and it has been repacked carefully before return.
Your Privacy
We respect your privacy and as such will never pass any of your details to a third party for marketing purposes. We will not hold any payment information given by you on our systems once your order is complete.
