We have deliberately chosen not to have a faceless e-commerce site, in order to be able to talk with you and to ensure that you receive the product to best match your requirements. When spending your money on a top-quality product, you need it to be right.

Ordering this way will not increase your delivery time compared to an e-commerce site, however it will help to reduce the need to return unsatisfactory items.

1. Email us or fill in the form on the ‘contact us’ page, or alternatively speak to us on the freephone number with your requirements.  If you are very clear on what you require, simply contact us straight away with your order.
2. We will contact you with suggestions and enter into a discussion to find the perfect parasol for you.
3. When an order is placed, we will confirm everything including prices and any delivery costs should there be any.
4. Payment will be required in full upon confirmed order either via cheque, bank transfer or with credit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal, just an email address. We can accept Pound Sterling or Euros.
5. Usually, if everything is in stock, you will receive your product within 2 - 5 working days of cleared payment. Non-UK deliveries will be advised of delivery times on an individual basis prior to order confirmation. Whilst we try to ensure fast delivery times on all orders, it may be that due to stock issues delivery is delayed. You will be informed of expected delivery times upon ordering.
